Obituary:
On Thursday October 18, 2012 Doris Lorraine Yoder left us to be with her lord and savior, Jesus Christ. Doris was born on March 11, 1953 to Laverne Rosenburg in Bakersfield, California. Growing up in Bakersfield she was the eldest of 8 children. In her early teens her family moved to Salinas, California and she attended North Salinas High School. During her time there she met and fell in love with Jack Yoder. Doris and Jack were married on December 6, 1969 in Salinas and soon after started a family. On June 8, 1970 Doris and Jack welcomed their son Jack Yoder Jr. and their second son Jeremy Yoder on September 17, 1972. After 2 children and 32 years of marraige Doris and Jack went their seperate ways. Doris enjoyed sewing and giving her time to her church in various areas as she was a devoted Christian. She's survived by her son Jack Jr. & wife Stefani, son Jeremy & wife Shawna. Her 5 grandaughters (Ashlee, Tori, Paje, Kayla, & Katie). As well as her 6 sisters and 1 brother.
