It is with our deepest sorrow that we announce the death of beloved father, grand-pop and brother
Bruce Daniel Poulsen
The Man... The Myth... The Legend...
He was an extremely hard working electrical foreman for over 30 years. He loved his family, had a sharp wit and a one of a kind sense of humor. He had a true passion for photography and videography. He documented the lives of many so that they would never be forgotten. He also loved golfing, skiing, gardening, traveling, the island of Maui, billiards and charming ALL who ever crossed his path. He'd never turn down an opportunity to celebrate a special occasion with a cigar or a stiff drink, sink his teeth into a juicy T-Bone at an old steak house or slowly barbecuing his own. He enjoyed collecting unique items, had a beautifully hearty laugh and was loved by many in his community and beyond. He will be dearly missed and it will be so very hard to be without him.
Survived by his adoring daughters: Cristina and Michelle, grandsons: Tony, Travis, Stevie and Bob and sister, Bernadette. From the bottom of our broken hearts, we are grateful for all of your thoughts and prayers.
We lost contact with Bruce on Thursday, the 6th and he was found in his home in Woffard Heights on Monday, July 10th. The cause of death is still unknown but it is believed to be natural causes.
So that you have the opportunity to mourn with us, a planned memorial service is still pending. We hope we can arrange something soon that embodies the true spirit of our long lost but never forgotten "B.D.P."
