Alen was born in Arcadia, California on July 8,1960 and resided in Bakersfield, California at the time of his homegoing. If you asked Alen the one thing he wanted to be remembered for, his answer was Loyalty. He wanted to be remembered for being a loyal man. Loyal He was! Alen worked in an array of various fields from welding caskets, security, supportive living staff, and medical assisting. His favorite things in life were working out his arms, arm wrestling with the guys, and spending time with the ones he loved over a good meal. Alen never asked for much in life, just appreciated when someone took time to acknowledge him. Alen was an avid sports fan, many sports. His favorite teams were Patriots, Raiders, Lakers, Angels, Red Sox and he loved to watch Tennis as well. He spent a lot of years competing as an arm wrestler and was so honored when Trugrit asked him to be part of their team. Alen was also proud to be a member of New Covenant Church. In Alens homegoing we ask that you continue to give God all the Glory for He has received the true gift of healing. We will be Celebrating Alen’s life On October 3, 2020 11am to 2pm at San Lauren Park 5802 Sarona St., Bakersfield California 93308. It will be Pot luck, and we ask that you bring lawn chairs and dress in your favorite sports gear to honor Alen’s love of sports. We also ask that all arm wrestlers bring tables to pull in honor of Alen, per his request. With love from ALL of his family.
